Crocheted Holiday Ornaments Class

Two stand-alone sessions with Barbara, $30 each. Take one or BOTH!!!

Wednesdays, December 4 th and 11th, 1-3PM

‘Tis the Season to be sparkly, lacey, and creative…and learn to make a variety of crochet ornaments and/or decorations in the process! Students will choose from a selection of beautiful patterns and festive yarn options AND learn to read those mystifying crochet charts to create very satisfying instant gratification projects. After completing Barbara’s class, students will be prepared to take on other circular patterns, charted patterns, and larger decorations.

Prerequisite skills: slip stitch, chain stitch, half double crochet, double crochet, treble crohet.

Skills to learn: magic ring, crochet in the round, chart reading, front post, back post, blocking.

Pattern: Sun Star Snowflake by Renata Saj.
Yarn: Any, but sparkly light-weight yarns are recommended, like Lang Astra, and others.
